Ed is a Chef Facilitator at the Waterhouse Restaurant, he has over 10 years experience working in Restaurants and Cafes in the U.K and Australia. Working alongside the other Waterhouse Chefs, Ed helps to provide a supportive and challenging workplace for our trainees and also facilitates cooking classes and tutorials with local community groups and local schools.
