Waterhouse Restaurant is hosting a Comedy Night on Thursday 15th June 2017, with a sharp line-up featuring compere Stephen Diplacito, Mamoun Elagab, Joseph Parsons, Chelsea Hart, Matt Brooks, Neil O'Rourke and event-organiser Ken Grinell.
Waterhouse, a Shoreditch Trust social enterprise, is based on Regent’s canal in Hackney and has an impressive offer; delicious, seasonal and reasonable food for its customers, and a person-centred training and development programme for young people that supports them to learn and practice new skills in a live setting and transition into independent living. Meals at the restaurant are prepared by trainees on Shoreditch Trust’s Blue Marble Training programme, under the supervision of Head Chef and Lead Facilitator, Amrit Bhachu.
As an alumnus of the Blue Marble programme, Ken Grinell is taking his talent as a comedian home, organising a comedy feature with a hysterical line-up to take centre stage at Waterhouse.
"We have put together an evening of fine dining and comic timing all in the name of charity. With the help of some of the best up and coming stand-up comics and Shoreditch Trust, my aim is to create a truly unforgettable night." – Ken Grinell.
All proceeds will go to the Blue Marble Training programme, the beneficiaries of which will have the chance to showcase their work by providing mouth-watering refreshments on the evening.
Tickets to the event are available through the restaurant so be sure to book now for what promises to be a hilarious evening: 020 7033 0123 ¦ email@example.com.
